This is a must have for any pretentious wine snob you may know. The pocket infared thermometer will give you your wine temp without dipping it. Just hold above the level of the wine and press the button, you will get an instant reading telling you whether your wine is too hot, too cold or just right. Check out the FAQ link it has some great ways on how to chill/warm up a bottle if you are in a pinch.
