While at the wine store last night two Washington Wizard players came in to buy some wine. They picked up a couple $80 Napa cabs for the evening. The players always stay at the Townsend Hotel in downtown Birmingham which is just a couple blocks from Eds. He sees a lot of players, coaches and other famous people come and go from the store but this was my 1st sighting. Seeing that I am not a big basketball fan I would have never known they were players had it not been for their jackets with the Wizards logo. They play the Pistons tonight who have been struggling as of late.
