New Kasabian

Kasabian just reached number 1 with their new single Empire on NME's top 10. I just went to their website and was able to listen to it thru the video and its very good. Its starts off with a good bass line then goes into full assault. There are strings on the chorus which breaks into a sticatto rhythm. It reminds me of a Primal Scream bassline but then gets chopped up a bit. I am pretty happy with the single so far which bodes well for the upcoming album.

Kasabian are one of the biggest bands in the UK right now and everyone is desperate for the new album.
