I wanted to bring you another good Vouvray, this one from Sauvion. The grape is the same as before Chenin Blanc but this wine differs a bit from my last review. This one is not as crisp, its a bit more rich and full bodied. My quest now is to find as many different Vouvray's as possible. I went thru my red zin phase (well I am still going thru it, I have a hard time turning one down) and now its French whites. I like to think of these wines along with other French whites as the indie rock of the wine world. They are a bit pretentious, hard to find but when enjoyed produce some of the greatest stuff you will ever drink.
