Well its official, Delay is back on the ballot in Texas. The begging of Judge Scalia on the Supreme Court did not help. Delay who pulled a bait and switch on the people of Texas now has to face them again come November. What is really funny about it all is that Delay took their money earlier this year and used it for his legal defense fund, now he needs to go back and beg for more. Delay claims he is now a resident of Virginia but his wife is still down in Texas in their house. Interesting arrangement they have there. Besides running for re-election Delay has two pending cases against him, it will make for an interesting race.

After we beat and embarrass him, we will force him back to Virginia never to be seen in Texas again. What a fitting way to end an era......
