Princess Cruise Day 9
Wednesday, August 30, 2006
Today was our trip to Paris, it was almost a 3 hour bus ride each ride but it was worth it. Paris is an amazing and we barely scratched the surface. All the buildings have the same architecture which makes for a universal look. We arrived in Paris and stopped at a lookover of the Eiffel Tower for photos. From there we made our way to a famous department store Galleries Lafayette where I bought a small bottle of bordeaux and sauternes. Erika bought some fancy mustard, salt and chocolate which ended our souviners for the trip. We boarded the bus once again and drove past all the main attractions, we didn't have time for pictures, that will be another trip. Once our bus tour was over we made our way down to the canal boat dock were we took a dining cruise down the Seine River. This was the best part of the day, we had a great meal while cruising down the heart of Paris. Unfortunately it rained most of the day in Paris so we didn't get a lot of photos but what we saw was amazing. We will definitely go back again.
