The future is N and it has arrived. If you are a bit confused let me explain. The wireless protocols out there are A,B,G and now N. Currently the majority of people use wireless G which is backwards compatible with B. N promises to close the gap with those dreaded dead zones and pump up your speed. This router gives you better encryption and depending on the size of your house the elimination of additional access points.
The catch, since most laptops do not have the N protocol built in, you will need to buy a wireless card for $99 plus the router for $129.
