I was at World Market yesterday to pick up some Domain Chandon which they had on sale for $13.99 and I came across this really cool sake. It is from a US producer, Gekkeikan Sake USA Inc but this particular sake is under their import page. I opened it yesterday and had half of it at room temp and it was very good. Its in the refrigerator right now so I can try it chilled next. What is cool about sake is you can have it hot, room temp or chilled, all styles will produce different tastes. The bottle was $3.99 and it reminds me of a little juicebox, I am not used to getting a bottle of something that has its own cup with it. These are the things that are sold in vending machines over in japan, its a pickup and go type of drink. These will be good to have on hand if u get carryout sushi, just open one up and u are all set.
