Well its about time, Mr Tom Delay is finally getting whats coming to him. It's just a matter of time before "The Hammer" crumbles and crashes to the ground. It will be great to see that scumbag in jail along size Ken Lay.

Indictments Returned in DeLay Investigation

Congressman and House Majority Leader Tom DeLay was spared, but several others weren't. A grand jury today returned indictments charging several donors to a political action committee that helped fund his campaign with making illegal campaign contributions and money laundering.


Three people and eight companies, including Tennessee-based Cracker Barrel, have been charged over their alleged actions linked to a political action committee formed by House Majority Leader Tom DeLay....Cracker Barrel and the other companies are accused of making illegal political contributions. The Travis County grand jury today indicted some people associated with the PAC called Texans for a Republican Majority.
James Ellis heads Americans for a Republican Majority -- DeLay's national fundraising committee that helped establish Texans for a Republican Majority. Ellis is charged with money laundering. John Colyandro and Warren RoBold are charged with unlawful acceptance of corporate political contributions.
