New B-52's

One of the greatest party bands, The B-52's will be releasing a new record sometime next year. The last studio record was in '92 so its about time. The B-52's will be working with New Order's producer Steve Osbourne and the band have described the new material as "Rock 'n Roll-Glam-Electro-Soul". If you have never seen the B-52's live you are missing out. Its a non stop dance party with singalongs where the whole crowd gets into it. Watching 15,000 people get down to "Rock Lobster" has been one of my favorite concert moments. I do hope they take a page out of their earlier work for this new release, I don't know if I can handle another "Roam" era.
