Here are the current prices for eMusic, come Nov 21st they are changing the download quanity and not in a good way. For the basic plan you will only get 30 downloads, 50 for the plus and 75 for the premium. If you havn't signed up yet, I highly recommend doing so before the 21st to get the better deal. If you currently are a member, you can upgrade your account to a higher subscription before the 21st. I have been singing the praise of eMusic for a couple years now, DRM free songs, generic MP3 format and about .25 cents a song. Not a huge collection but tons of indie stuff, older stuff and lots of undiscovered music.
