Chianti

Here we have a Piazzano Rio Camerata Chianti 2003, a Tuscan wine made with the Sangiovese grape. I opened it yesterday and it had a great flavor, lots of pepper and a bit of fruit. Today its pretty flat which I find surprising after just one day. I used the rubber corks and air pump but it didn't help. I don't want to give too much of a review on the bottle since it would be tainted. If you do see this bottle, I recommend picking it up and drinking it all in one night.
