Delay At It Again

Tom Delay is at it again, attacking judges and condoning violence against them. I just wish Sandra would have called him out by his name a few weeks ago, it would make this whole thing that much more interesting. It goes to show that Delay is a pathetic piece of trash not worthy to scrub my toilet let alone be a US representative. His corruption has nearly destroyed the House of Reps and I cannot wait til the day he is out of office. I will be there laughing my ass off, I just wish I could see him in person when he loses.

Michael Schavio has come out swinging with a PAC to take on those who demonized him. Delay, Santorum and Frist are the top of the list and they deserve anything leveled agains them.

WASHINGTON - Republican Rep. Tom DeLay said Tuesday that former and current Supreme Court Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg "don't get it" when they complain about conservative criticism of judges.

"Didn't you see the comments of Sandra Day O'Connor and Ruth Ginsburg over the last couple of weeks?" DeLay, R-Texas, asked reporters after a speech to a group of Christian conservatives. "There's still a problem, they don't get it. There are three branches of government. All wisdom doesn't reside in ... people in black robes."

"Our faith has always been in direct conflict with the values of the world," DeLay said. "We are, after all, a society that provides abortion on demand, has killed millions of innocent children, degrades the institution of marriage, and all but treats Christianity like some second-rate superstition."

Below are some more Delay quotes regarding judges and Schavio:

"This loss happened because our legal system did not protect the people who need protection most, and that will change," the Texas Republican said. "The time will come for the men responsible for this to answer for their behavior, but not today."

Speaking with reporters later in Houston, DeLay said lawmakers "will look at an arrogant and out of control judiciary that thumbs its nose at Congress and the President."

Asked if that included the possibility of the House bringing impeachment charges against judges involved in the Schiavo case, DeLay said, "There's plenty of time to look into that."
