Quote Of The Day

Newspaper columnist Robert Novak is still not naming his source in the Valerie Plame affair, but he says he is pretty sure the name is no mystery to President Bush.

"I'm confident the president knows who the source is," Novak told a luncheon audience at the John Locke Foundation in Raleigh on Tuesday. "I'd be amazed if he doesn't."

"So I say, 'Don't bug me. Don't bug Bob Woodward. Bug the president as to whether he should reveal who the source is.' "

.....................

So does this mean that Bush was in on it the whole time? Or do we attribute it to his mismanagement of his staff, kinda like the Ken Lay arguement, I'm innocent it was my CFO who committed the crime....This doesn't bode well for the administration, just when Bush is slowly coming back in the polls, BAM Fitz is back with more....

It may turn out to be one heck of a christmas, Rove indicted, Delay tied to Cunningham and Abramoff, more congressmen going down beause of Abramoff, Frist getting indicted for insider trading and the whole republican party crumbling under the weight of ethic violations and other outstanding scandals....
