Republican Leaders in Both Houses Facing Ethics Violations
Sunday, September 25, 2005
Yeah you heard it right, leaders in both houses are under investigation, and the republicans were supposed to be the party of morals. You got the biggest scumbag of them all, Delay facing more and more scrutiny on the Scotland golf outing. Since the arrest of Safavian last week, we have learned that Jack Abramoff, the indicted superlobbyist had business in front of the GSA which Safavian was the head of. Abramoff wanted land that the GSA owned, he concoted this trip as a way to get what he wanted. Others invited were Ralph Reed, Rep Ney (R-OH) and our good ole friend Delay. With 2 down, Ney and Delay are next. Ohio is already awash is scandal and this will hopefully lead to regime change in that state.

Next scandal, our good friend Sen Frist is under investigation for insider trading. He conveniently sold shares that he had in a blind trust right before the stock reported bad earnings.

So there you have it, 2 leaders facing ethics violations. You also have the Valerie Plame investigation which the latest rumor points to Bolton as the leak.
