Parmesan Bagels

One of my favorite bagels are the parmesan ones and Elaine's Bagels make some of the best. The problem is they are only made on Wednesdays and sometimes on Saturday if they come up on the baking calendar. This means that you have to wait until Wednesday to have one and if you don't get there early enough you miss out. I have been craving one for the past month and finally had one this morning, so now I am a happy camper. Enjoy the rest of your day.
